	Domestic Shipping Merchandise is shipped F.O.B. Santa Ana, CA unless otherwise stated. We offer local shipping via our own trucks on a limited basis and we establish a delivery charge based on distance and the size of your order. We assume no liabilities for orders shipped via common carrier. It is the customer's responsibility to inspect the merchandise immediately upon delivery, note any breakage and file a claim with the shipper within 24 hours.

	Product Variation Our products are handcrafted by artisans using the highest quality materials. By the custom nature of our products, individual pieces may vary in size or color. Once you have accepted a delivery of our quality merchandise and it has arrived in good condition, we know you will be pleased with our craftsmanship. However, please protect our custom finished products from prolonged water exposure, power spraying or any other destructive conditions that may affect their durability.

	Custom Orders We are able to replicate existing pieces or create new and exciting products that can be used as templates. Whether you are looking for one or one hundred items, casting may be the solution. Many terra cotta and stone pieces can be reproduced in fiberglass, fiberglass reinforced concrete or other materials. Fabrication may be the answer to problems of durability in high traffic areas, weight constraints, cost considerations or just creating the piece that can't be found.

	Standard Terms A 50% deposit is required on all orders. The balance is due prior to shipment unless credit terms have been established in advance.

	Return Policy Any items that are not a special order and are returned in good condition may be exchanged within 10 days, subject to a 20% restocking fee. Exchanges must be approved by management prior to the transaction. Custom orders may not be returned. Prices are subject to change without notice.
